Human Resources Apprentice, Full-Time, Fixed Term (18 month contract)
Salary: £10,417.57 per annum for the first 12 months, increasing to National Minimum Wage/Living Wage, relevant to age, up to £15,838.57 per annum.
Middlesbrough College Human Resources department is looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Apprentice to join its busy team. Middlesbrough College provides Further Education, Apprenticeships and Training to over 10,000 students across the Tees Valley.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in and willingness to learn about the Human Resource function within an organisation, be approachable and friendly, and have the confidence to work with staff at all levels as the HR Teams supports 900 employees.
The main duties that the Apprentice will undertake will be administrative and some experience of working in an office / administrative role would be beneficial. The HR Apprentice will be very involved in assisting with the recruitment of new staff and will support the HR Team with all other HR processes.
This is an excellent opportunity to achieve the CIPD Level 3 qualification whilst gaining valuable work experience.
