EARLY YEARS TEACHING ASSISTANT COMBINED WITH LUNCHTIME CHILDCARE SUPERVISOR
TEMPORARY APPOINTMENT LINKED TO SEND/CHILDCARE FUNDING
This is a dual post where the successful candidate will support in Reception on a morning and afternoon session and support Nursery 30 hour pupils over their lunchtime period.

Early Years Teaching Assistant Band 6 points 6-7 @ 25 hours AND
Lunchtime Childcare Supervisor Band 5 point 5 for 6.25 hours per week
Total 31.25 hours per week term time only
Required a soon as possible an experienced Teaching Assistant to work within Early Years
Applicants should possess relevant teaching assistant qualifications or equivalent, a high level of basic skills and be able to work as part of a team. They should also be prepared to support children within the classroom and work with groups or individual children with additional needs, as required.
Applicants should :
• be highly motivated, forward thinking and committed to high quality curriculum provision in a caring Christian ethos.
• have a high standard of spoken and written English.
• be able to demonstrate sensitivity whilst working with others and have good interpersonal skills.
• be willing to contribute to school life outside of the classroom.
