Achieving the best outcomes for children is at the core of our practice within the Early Help Team and this is an exciting opportunity to join the team in supporting the achievement of improved outcomes for vulnerable children and families.

We are recruiting an Early Help Practitioner with drive, ambition and desire to deliver high quality Early Help services to children and families. You will have specialised knowledge and experience of working with children aged 5-19 years and their families, and a relevant qualification. The role will require you to carry out high quality and timely whole family assessments, chair team around the family meetings, deliver targeted work to parents and children and direct work with children and parents in a range of environments with a range of complex issues.
