Salary – £44,632 - £48,581 per annum plus:
Additional payments of
£1239 per annum market supplement paid monthly;
2% Recruitment and retention allowance paid monthly.

The Company is right in the middle of realising its improvement agenda and we are seeking a committed and talented Team Manager in the Children Looked After/Permanence team. Our Team Manager salary is one of the most competitive in the region (with progression to £48,581 per annum), and guaranteed no hot desking. You will have extensive post qualifying experience of statutory social work with children and families and within a local authority setting as well as experience and knowledge of adoption, including being qualified under the provision of the Adoption Regulations. You will show leadership in driving good practice and the management skills to create an environment where social workers can excel.

The Company uses Liquid Logic to enable manageable caseloads for teams. Dedicated support is available to help you with the demands of the day-to-day job from Business Administration support for typing and filing, the Family Contact Service to facilitate supervised contacts, dedicated Child & Family Workers based within the team.
