An opportunity has arisen for the post of Joint CHC Strategic Integration Manager within the new commissioning team. The post involves working across health and social care on number of projects and work streams related to the CHC National Framework to support in the delivery of the Transformation Agenda.

The successful post holder will need to demonstrate an understanding of both the NHS and LA priorities in respect of the CHC National Framework and how these are set, and clearly articulate the alliance principles. The post will also be responsible for providing leadership and management within the team and to develop a program approach to ensure alignment across work streams and officers. Applicant needs to be able to demonstrate relevant experience of working within Commissioning and Continuing Health Care.
