a project that will provide employment support for Gateshead residents with protected characteristics and for workless tenants of The Gateshead Housing Company who face a range of barriers to employment and economic inclusion.

The Make A Change project will assist 260 residents to access employment and work experience opportunities, support them to achieve qualifications and improve their wellbeing and life chances. Make A Change presents an exciting opportunity for motivated, results driven individuals to join Gateshead Council as a Change Coach.
