Further Information
The Curriculum Team oversees the design of all the content and learning across the organisation. We are particularly focused on ensuring all content is relevant to social workers within local authorities. The curriculum develops people’s ability to work systemically in a social work role and context, so we are looking for people who understand systemic practice and social work.

The Regional Systemic Curriculum Leads will contribute to the development of the systemic teaching, learning and assessment on Frontline’s programmes. We know that systemic family therapists have a range of different work commitments, so we have structured the role with that in mind and can provide real flexibility to applicants (bar 5 days per year, for which dates are fixed).

We work hard to ensure our content and delivery remain excellent, innovative and current, now we need more specialist help to achieve our ambition and deliver world leading programmes. We are recruiting a team of regional systemic curriculum leads to support the Principal Systemic Lead in designing engaging, high-quality content and effectively teach systemic ideas to social workers across our programmes – so the ideas become second nature and they are better equipped to support children and families.

As one of our newly recruited leads, you will play a key role in further developing our teaching team’s understanding of systemic social work practice. You will do this in a range of ways, including developing content, holding briefings on teaching materials, leading and advising on systemic teaching (by observing teaching and providing feedback) and supporting with systemic marking.
