Information Services are seeking to recruit a Support Officer (fixed term contract until 31/12/2020) to provide application support to school users of Education Manage Information Software including Capita SIMS, based primarily at the County Hall, in order to complement existing support services.

You should have an knowledge of Capita SIMS, or alternative Education MIS software, Microsoft Office applications and Windows. It would be desirable for candidates to possess some knowledge of Office 365 or Google Applications.

A high level of communication skills is essential for this post, as is the ability to work to tight deadlines and on one’s own initiative as well as part of a team. We are looking for highly motivated individual with a desire to learn, develop and succeed. You will require the ability to put experiences from learning into practice and also seek opportunities for personal development. You will be a proactive and positive individual with a determination to achieve objectives and targets.
