"An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Disabled Children Team and we are looking to recruit a full time Social worker to join this very stable team.  Your role would entail carrying out a wide range of responsibilities and manage a caseload which will encompass CIN, CP and LACS cases.  You must hold a relevant social worker qualification. You will also be responsible of attending and contributing to EHCP reviews. This position involves managing cases within the North of the county, whilst some agile working may be necessary you would predominately be based in our main office in Eddie Ferguson House, Blyth.  Whilst we welcome applicants with a range of experience it would be desirable to have experience of working with children with disabilities and safeguarding.

This is a full time, 37 hours per week post. It is permanent and based in Blyth.  The starting salary will be £32,029.  The closing date is Monday 7th October at midnight.
