We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment.
In this customer facing role the successful applicant will receive complaints, compliments, comments and information requests on behalf of the Council and ensure they are processed in accordance with the relevant regulations and Council procedures.
The post holder will need to have relevant experience in handling complaints, customer feedback and/or requests for information.
