We have the following opportunities:
1 permanent post, 37 hours per week.
1 permanent post, 22.2 hours per week (3 days) preferably Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
1 fixed term post for 12 months, 37 hours per week.

The Role: To work as part of our Income Recovery Team. To review and manage accounts relating to former tenant arrears and sundry debt charges.

The Person: We are looking for applicants who have knowledge and experience of working in a telephone-based debt collection role, have good negotiation skills and are committed to delivering excellent customer service.
