Level 3 Teaching Assistant (EYFS)

Salary: Grade E 6-7 (Actual Salary - £15,042 - £15,342)

Hours: 33.75 hours per week, term time only + 1 Week
8.15am-3.30pm

Contract Status: Permanent

We are inviting applications from a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join our team of experienced and highly professional staff. The successful candidate will be supporting the work of the teachers within whole class sessions, ensuring the highest possible standards of pupil attainment and well-being are promoted.

We have a passion for outdoor learning and have established a high quality urban outdoor setting. We are seeking an Early Years practitioner with a keen interest or experience of working outdoors to build on our ethos and take a leading role in our outdoor provision.

The post would be suitable for those considering a teaching career and we would proactively support the successful candidate on this journey.

The successful applicant must have:

• Experience of working with children in a school learning environment
• Excellent standards of spoken English and grammar
• Knowledge and experience of behaviour management strategies
• Working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and ability to lead learning for key groups
• Experience of working flexibly and successfully within a range of teams
• A commitment to outdoor learning
