Northfield School is a large 11-16 school and specialist sports college. We are an ambitious and inclusive school with state of the art facilities and interactive technology in a well-resourced newly refurbished building.

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated Year Manager who will assist in managing all aspects of support and guidance to ensure that all students in the year group achieve their full potential. You will work closely with the Head of Year, Subject Leaders and Tutors, and will communicate fully with parents and carers on all related matters.

Recent and relevant experience of working with young people in an education setting is essential, and a strong ability to relate well to both students and adults is necessary. The successful candidate needs to be able to manage the behavior of students in a positive and supportive manner, have excellent listening skills, and be able to maintain confidentiality.
