Further Information
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Teaching Assistant to initially work with Nursery children who are entitled to 30 hours childcare. This includes supporting the children over the lunchtime period. You must have good communication skills and experience with children in a similar environment.
Applicants MUST have an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Childcare, CACHE or NNEB. Please note a Diploma in Health & Social Care is not a full and relevant qualification.
You will be required to provide children with a range of stimulating activities, as well as intimate care duties.
You will be required to work 15 hours per week, (12 - 3 pm) term time only, over 193 days. This post is fixed term up to 31 August 2020.
This position is subject to pupil numbers therefore the successful candidate must be flexible to work in other areas of our Early Years setting or elsewhere in the school.
