An opportunity has arisen for a part time Housing Officer to work 18.5 hours per week working Mondays (7.5 hrs), Tuesdays (7.5 hrs) and Wednesday mornings (3.5 hours).

The successful applicant will provide a high standard, comprehensive homelessness and assisted prevention service to service users of the County, assessing and determining duties owed under the statutory provisions of the Housing Act 1996 (as amended); the Homeless Reduction Act 2017 and associated legislation.

Applicants should hold a NVQ Level 4 qualification or equivalent together with having experience of working within a housing, homelessness or support related service.

Interviews are scheduled to be held on Friday 1 November 2019.
