Assistant Head Teacher (Primary)
Salary: TBA, depending on experience.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30-16:30, Friday 08:30-15:30
This is an exciting opportunity to join our aspirational school. We are seeking an Assistant Head Teacher (Primary) to support the Head Teacher with the day to day running of the Primary provision and deliver outstanding teaching and learning to ensure our pupils achieve their best.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious to join our team of committed staff. You will have a passion and determination to see all pupils, regardless of background or ability, succeed in their education and lead fulfilling lives in careers of their choice.
The ideal candidate will be:
• experienced in leading a primary provision
• able to deliver teaching and learning to either Key Stage 1 or 2
• an inspirational practitioner with experience of leading practice and initiatives
• highly developed in planning and organisational skills and managing competing deadlines
• committed to Talbot House Trust’s ethos of, ‘every day is a fresh start’.
