This post is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and highly regarded Informatics and Insights team that supports data and analysis for Adult and Children’s Social Care, Education, Early Help and Active Inclusion services.

As a Performance Analyst, you will carry out research and analysis to better understand the needs and characteristics of children, adults and families in Newcastle. You will also ensure that accurate and meaningful management information is provided to support continuous service improvement.

It is essential that you have excellent analytical skills and are able to apply innovative and creative thinking to find effective solutions. You will also have the ability to work with a wide range of people, presenting data in an engaging way.
