An opportunity has arisen for a Telemarketer to work within the Business Development Team of Northern Skills Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for making appointments for the sales team and delivering excellent care to all internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience of working in a target driven telesales environment
and will be comfortable with making cold calls.
- Possess, and be able to demonstrate, excellent communication and
organisational skills and be familiar with using Customer Relationship
Management tools.
- Have a strong administrative background with excellent attention to detail and
expertise in Excel and database packages.
