Do you have experience working in a HR environment? We are looking for a forward thinking, highly motivated, professional individual to join a fast-paced HR team to consistently deliver the highest levels of service.

You will work closely with a HR Partner to pro-actively support managers on areas such as performance & absence management, employee relations case management, monthly KPI reporting and offer first line response to employees and line managers on terms and conditions and other people matters.

We would be especially interested in hearing from candidates with excellent communication, organisational, team working skills with the ability to build excellent working relationships. Also, a HR qualification is desirable but if you don’t currently have this we are interested in individuals with a willingness to work towards gaining it.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new organisation early in its journey. The HR team is proud to be central to the bringing together of the two legacy organisations and the development of a new future thinking culture that will enable us to deliver the best possible service to our customers. Our workforce is based across the Redcar/Eston and Scarborough/Whitby localities. Your main base will be our Scarborough office but you will occasionally be required to travel to Whitby or Redcar.
