An opportunity has arisen for a Service Development Officer within the Regeneration and Neighbourhoods department to provide support to the managers and officers across the Department.
The successful applicant will support the department in developing and delivering a range of cross cutting services making sure there is compliance with legislation, policies and procedures. Services include workforce development, information management and complaints. There will also be a clear focus on supporting departmental services to develop efficient and modern methods of working.
The applicant will be expected to organise their own workload and address independently, a broad range of queries using local policy, procedure and protocol.
You must be organised, able to remain calm under pressure and be extremely accurate in your work so that relevant legislative and policy requirements are met. You should be educated to NVQ3 Level 3 standard in business administration (or equivalent) and have experience of working in a similar office based role.
