Swalwell Primary School are looking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor to supervise our midday supervisory team and ensure the safety and well-being of pupils during the lunchtime period.
Working hours will be 12:00pm - 1.30pm, Monday to Friday.

You should:
Have experience of working with children.
Have a sympathetic understanding of the personal and social needs of young children.
Maintain high standard of behaviour and manners and reporting any issues/concerns to Class Teacher/Senior Management Team as necessary.
Be able to co-operate and manage the midday supervisory team.
Be familiar with games and activities suitable for occupying primary age children.
Relate well to children, inspiring trust and respect.
Respect confidentiality.
Encouraging pupils to eat meals and to try meals which are new to them.
Dealing with reports of any serious accident/incident which the supervisory team may report and refer to the Class Teacher/ Senior Leadership Team.
Any other duties which may be required from time to time by the Head Teacher
