Eslington Primary School is a provision for children with Social, Emotional and/or Mental Health difficulties in Gateshead which was judged as outstanding by OFSTED in 2013 and again 2017. We are a two site school and are federated with Furrowfield School.
The governors are seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate;
• Excellent classroom practice,
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
• Energy and enthusiasm
The post holder will work with children across the primary phase and will include in-class support and 1-2-1 withdrawal. The flexibility to travel between the Rose Street and Hazel Road Sites would be expected as part of the role.
