The Northern Skills Group Health and Care Team, part of Middlesbrough College, are looking to recruit hourly paid bank staff to assess Level 2 and 3 Health and Social Care students in the workplace.
Training Advisers contribute to the design and delivery of learning programmes and assessments, to enable participants to achieve their qualifications, to include full Apprenticeship Standards, End Point Assessment and NVQ/QCF assessment. Training Advisers liaise closely with Employers and have a key role in developing learners to achieve their learning goals and inspiring them to overcome barriers.
Candidates should hold as a minimum a Level 4 qualification or equivalent in a relevant occupational area, a TAQA Assessors qualification or equivalent, and the IQA Internal Verification qualification (desirable).
