We are looking to recruit a new Early Years Practitioner to plan activities, create exciting ways to meet the needs of families with under 5s, and work with families on an individual basis to give children the ""very best start"". Ideal candidates are passionate, hard working and dedicated to helping improve the lives of children and their families.

Salary is £19,554 per annum with working hours Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm and Friday 8.30 am to 4.00 pm.
The main base is Bellingham Children's Centre, with outreach delivery.

We are looking for self motivated and responsible applicants with good communication skills.  You will enjoy working as part of a team but are equally as happy when you use your own initiative and work independently to manage your commitments. A level 3 childcare qualification is essential, as is a good depth of understanding and knowledge of child development, with a focus on early years.  Experience of working with parents is a must. We provide a full induction programme to our innovative approaches and to help you find your feet quickly.
We encourage and value your personal and professional development, and you will be joining an enthusiastic, welcoming and committed team who are keen for you to succeed.
