An opportunity has arisen within Customer Relations, Policy and Performance for a Customer Services Apprentice.
The successful post holders will learn about the provision of services provided by Durham County Council via the Customer Services Teams Contact Centre, face to face and Customer Feedback Team. You will gain experience of providing the first point of contact for all our customers. You will also deal with customer enquiries on all aspects of the Council and also build knowledge of systems, communications and all improvement work.
Candidates should have 4 GCSE’s including Maths and English Language grades 9-4/A-C or Level 2 in literacy and numeracy (or equivalent).
