The role is to work as part of our Support Services Team;
• to identify new sources of income and increase customer numbers, in line with business strategies.
• to develop new ways of working and interventions which result in increased customer experience and outcomes.
• to work collaboratively to develop and maintain key local partnerships within Health and Social Care which results in opportunities for joint working.

We are looking for a person who has;
• a thorough working understanding of contemporary issues, policies and practice relating to supported housing, health and social care.
• a drive and passion to improve customer experience and outcomes.
• the ability to form positive internal and external partnerships.

Interviews are expected to be held on 19 and 20 December.
