This role supports a 365/24-7 operation which will include working days, evenings, weekends, and public and bank holidays.
Applications are invited for the position of Force Contact Officer based at the Community Safety Hub (CSH), Hemlington, Middlesbrough.
As a Force Contact Officer (FCO) you will enjoy a varied and exciting career. Our Force Contact Officer’s undertake a wide variety of activities from answering 101 and 999 calls to dispatching our frontline police officers via radio to conducting desktop enquiries and crime investigations.
As a Force Contact Officer you really will be working in the beating heart of Cleveland Police, and you‘ll be doing it all from within our modern control room based in our award winning newly built Community Safety Hub in Hemlington. It’s a vibrant and exciting workplace where you’ll be supported within a department over 200 strong. You will be part of the vital link between the communities and neighbourhoods we serve and the 1200 Police Officers we deploy to keep them all safe.
