The Governors of this happy, caring and inclusive school are seeking to appoint an outstanding Level 3 Teaching Assistant; who is experienced, enthusiastic and caring. This will be to provide support to all of our teachers and pupils including those who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning.

A suitable Level 3 qualification and experience of working within a school setting is desirable, along with a clear understanding of the expectations across all Key Stages. Experience of assessment procedures is an advantage. You must have a commitment to raising standards in our school and have a very clear knowledge and understanding of what excellent teaching and learning looks like within your environment. You will have a high expectation of children’s work and behaviour and have a commitment to partnership working between home, school and the wider community. You must have the care and dedication to ensure that every child reaches their full potential. Applicants should have a positive outlook and be able to work effectively within a team.

You will be required to carry out all duties as required within a Level 3 job description.

Here at Hadrian Park we believe in continuous improvement and development and therefore substantial CPD will be offered to support the successful candidate.

This post is 37 hours per week, term time only over 193 days, permanent.
