The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Customer Service Assistants to join our new Customer Service Team providing outstanding customer service in one of our dedicated outlets.

We make sure that our customers feel valued and that their contact matters when we develop a good rapport enabling us to understand their needs and solve their enquiries quickly and successfully.

The Person:
You will have a passion to deliver an outstanding customer service and a genuine desire to improve the lives of our customers, dealing with a range of customer enquiries, in a busy environment.

You will be confident in liaising with different services and stakeholders to ensure that an outstanding customer service is delivered.

You will be flexible in your approach to your role and committed to achieving YHNs vision to be “First for Housing” by demonstrating our core values of being Ready, Amazing, Revolutionary and Energetic
