An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced Senior Business Support Officer to join the Business Development and Improvement section based at Central Depot in Dormanstown.

As the successful candidate you will provide effective high level financial, administrative and analytical support to the operational front line and external clients through tasks including but not limited to data production, analysis, management reporting and end to end customer relationship management.
You will be responsible for a range of financial and administrative processes such as the Trade Waste function, invoice payments, internal recharges, payment refunds and billing under the direction of the Business Improvement Manager.

It would also be desirable if you had experience in a fleet management setting. You will have extensive experience of analysing and interpreting performance and financial data, including the preparation of reports for a variety of audiences and will be experienced at business process re-engineering and process change.

You will be educated to NVQ Level 3 or above, have an NVQ3 in accountancy, financial management or equivalent qualification and have a high level of ICT experience. You will also have experience of working with the public, customers and contractors and possess excellent customer relationship management skills as well as the ability to use your own initiative and prioritise your own workload.
