The Adults & Communities Directorate, consists of three strands, Adult Social Care, Community Development, and Public Health. The Activity and well-being service are seeking to appoint an experienced person to work with people who have a diagnosis of a learning disability. The role includes supporting people to achieve their goals. To promote and maintain their independence to help sustain choice and control through a variety of meaningful activity.
