Housing Solutions Officer

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housing Solutions Officer. You will be responsible for delivering a quality service, efficiently and effectively, managing the housing register and providing advice to customers. Where customers are identified as having health needs and would benefit from adaptations and/or relocation, support and advice will be given in conjunction with relevant services.

The Person:
You will have experience and an understanding of social housing, preferably focused on managing housing applications and letting properties, and be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of legislation and best practice.

It is an essential requirement of the post that candidates can demonstrate experience of delivering services on target with attention to detail.

You will bring a high level of proactive working within our service. You will need to be engaging, collaborative, and have a track record of delivering excellent customer service.

This role is ideal for someone who is a highly motivated self-starter with an eye for detail and passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Your attention to detail is paramount as well as having excellent written and verbal communication skills and with the ability to prioritise your workload to ensure deadlines are met.
