YHN is looking to recruit a Partnership Delivery Manager to be the lead point of contact for services we deliver on behalf of Leazes Homes. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure YHN deliver excellent services to Leazes Homes customers and for the successful candidate to expand their knowledge and understanding of services delivered across housing management, support services and asset management.

You must be qualified to post graduate level or have equivalent experience, have a broad knowledge and understand of the full range of services across housing management, support and asset management. You must also have good project management skills, experience of working collaboratively with strategic partners and be a decisive decision maker with an ability to use initiate to solve challenges.
