You will be expected to undertake the provision of front of house duties at the Town Hall Theatre and Borough Hall. These duties will include, checking tickets, monitoring behavior of spectators, offering advice and venue information and attend to the needs of customers in an efficient manner.

You must have experience of undertaking front of house duties and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to work under pressure, problem solve and assess risk are essential.
