"Role: Team Leader - with focus on Prince’s Trust delivery  Contract Type: 1 x Fixed Term (12 months) Hours: 37 per week Salary: Band 7 £27,905 - £31,371 Location: Base at West Hartford Community Fire Station Northumberland Fire and Rescue Service is looking for a Team Leader to join its Community Safety Department to support our Prince’s Trust delivery programme. The Community Safety Department is responsible for the delivery of a number of programmes aimed at keeping our communities safe and well by providing excellence and quality in all we deliver.  We are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic Team Leader, to join our highly successful team in delivering the Prince’s Trust Team programme.   The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive contribution to the health and well-being of communities and strengthen relationships between the fire and rescue service and the communities it serves with an emphasis on young people.  We are seeking individuals who are committed to developing young peoples’ ability to enable them to to achieve; your innovative strategies to engage and motivate and your commitment to embedding safeguarding, equality and diversity in everything you do is key to these roles.
