If you have a proven track record in inspiring previously disengaged learners to achieve outstanding results and a passion for ensuring every learner exceeds their expectations, then this post could be your next step to a fulfilling and rewarding career, with the Alternative provision team here at Stockton Riverside College.

In exchange for your enthusiasm, highly developed skills and your commitment to raising the standards of the learning experience for these hard to reach learners, you will receive the full support of the College’s management team.

You will have excellent communication skills and be approachable when dealing with learners and your colleagues.

Your main client group will be 14-16 year old learners, but you may also be required to work with less experienced colleagues to ensure high levels of engagement across the College.
