You must have a good English qualification, be able to clearly communicate your passion for English and literacy, and engage successfully with our learners. You must also be committed to achievement, and work with resilience to ensure learners’ progress towards targets is met or exceeded. The post holder will be required to teach across the full age and ability range, and therefore candidates must have good knowledge and understanding of KS3 and KS4 English.
