The Regeneration and Local Services Care Connect Service are seeking to recruit 2 X Telecare Control Operators who will assist in the provision of an equitable Countywide Care Connect service. Also to assist in the operation of the CCTV service and other functions provided within the Care Connect Control Centre. One position is temporary until 30 September 2020 or the day before the return of the substantive post holder and the other until 31 March 2021.
The post are 12 hours rotating shift pattern consisting of days and nights with a weekly average of 37 hours.
