Bede Academy is seeking to appoint for an April or September 2020 start, a well-qualified Vice Principal with a Primary specialism who has energy, integrity and commitment to the Academy’s vision and Christian ethos. You will be a gifted teacher, an inspirational leader and have the expertise to make a significant impact.

Bede Academy is part of Emmanuel Schools Foundation. It is a forward-thinking, all-through Academy (3-19) with a Christian ethos. As Vice Principal (Primary) you will play a significant role in the Academy’s future development. The successful candidate will be expected to uphold and further strengthen the Academy’s Christian ethos, ensuring it is the foundation of the personal and character development programmes. They will also have to bring leadership, drive and ambition to the leadership team. We are looking for a candidate to be at the leading edge of teaching and learning and someone who can naturally lead and inspire excellent teaching across the Academy.

There is an occupational requirement that the post-holder be a practising & committed Christian.
