We are looking for an exceptional talented leader who will bring a brighter
future to every young person in Redcar and Cleveland. We have a new Corporate Director for Children and Families and this is an ideal opportunity to join her in leading talented teams who are committed to improving outcomes and life chances for children and young people.

We have high-performing primary schools, but performance in our secondary
schools is more challenging; we are addressing this and as Assistant Director –
Education and Skills you will be at the forefront of driving this improvement.

You will work collaboratively with school leaders, partners and other external
agencies to ensure that all children are given the best possible start in life and
are well equipped and inspired to go on to fulfil their ambitions and potential in
the future.
