37 hours (Flexibility with hours is essential to support extra-curricular activities)

We are looking for a well qualified, personable, enthusiastic sports related graduate to support us in the delivery of a high quality curricular and extra curricular sports and PE programme. The successful candidate will teach some girls’ PE as well as support the delivery of other lessons. They will also support the department with changing room supervision, mentoring and contribute to the team ethos of the School.

You will be a practitioner who has the vision, energy and drive to build on existing strengths and the ability to move the subject forward.

You must have a good sports qualification, be able to clearly communicate your passion for PE and sports, and engage successfully with our learners. You must also be committed to achievement, and work with resilience to ensure learners’ progress towards targets is met or exceeded. The post holder will be required to teach across the full age and ability range and, therefore, candidates must have good knowledge and understanding of KS3 and KS4 PE and sports.
