We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Advice Co-Ordinator to join our thriving charity. The successful post holder will be responsible for Advice Session Supervision cover to a team of volunteer staff within one of our busy offices. The role will monitor the quality of advice, ensure that there are sufficient staffing levels for the sessions and prepare volunteer staffing rota’s. This is a really fantastic opportunity to join a team that contributes to improving the lives of our clients.
Role: Advice Co-ordinator
Hours: 22 hours per week, working pattern is Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
Salary: Grade 5a £23,160 (PRO RATA)
Location: Citizens Advice County Durham, Peterlee
Applicants should be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, conduct research and analyse & interpret complex information to produce and present reports clearly. Candidates should have a proven track record of managing / supervising others including ability to recruit, develop and motivate staff as well as ability to give and receive feedback objectively and sensitively.
