The school is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Department Leader to join our dedicated Culture and Wellbeing Department. The successful candidate will be motivated, enthusiastic and have the ability to move the Department forward. The candidate must also consistently deliver high quality teaching and learning.
The Department encompasses the subject areas of RE, PSHCE and Citizenship and Relationship and Sex Education.
The successful candidate will lead an established team and report on the quality of standards, attainment and student progress. It is essential that the candidate has experience in a similar role and has a proven track record of raising standards.
