The Northern Skills Group Employer Engagement Team, part of Middlesbrough College, are looking to recruit a Sales and Customer Service Assistant to support the Business Development team in achieving their sales targets. The successful candidate will be involved in telesales and promotional activities to assist the team in sourcing new business, improving and promoting the business brand, and delivering a high level of customer service to current customers.
The Employer Engagement Team work with employers across the North East Region to assist them in recruiting Apprentices to join their businesses. It is a fast-paced sales and customer service focused environment and there is a requirement for the successful candidate to be able to multi-task and prioritise their workload effectively.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
