Our governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated teaching assistant to join their very successful team from Monday 24th of February 2020 or sooner if availability allows.

You will be required to work closely with the KS1 teaching team and contribute to duties across the school.
The successful candidate must:
• have NVQ 2 for teaching assistants or equivalent
• have excellent behaviour management skills;
• have some experience of meeting a range of Special Educational Needs;
• have confidence in their own literacy and numeracy skills;
• have the highest expectations of pupil performance and behaviour.
• have a desire to understand how children learn and how we can help them to develop as individuals

The working pattern will be:
Monday to Friday 8.30 -12.00 p.m.
