Grade 1 SCP Point 3 to 4 (increment after 12 months)
£2,223.00 per annum based on pro-rated hours
£9.36 per hour (rising to £9.55 per hour after 12 months)

Fulwell Junior School are looking to recruit 4 new members to our busy lunchtime support team, and we would welcome applications from enthusiastic, committed individuals who feel they would be able to make a positive contribution.

Main Duties:
? To help supervise children during the lunchtime break and monitor their inclusion; you will be expected to engage children in play activities and be pro-active in ensuring safe and constructive sport/play is encouraged. Please note: A large proportion of the post involves being outdoors, on ones feet for the duration of the lunch period. Candidates should therefore consider the physical demands of the role prior to applying.
? To be part of a team of Lunchtime Staff responsible for securing the safety, welfare and good conduct of our pupils throughout the lunch period.
? Duties to include the safe supervision of children within the dining hall and outside in the yard areas as well as within the classroom on wet days.
Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:
? Excellent social skills and an ability to communicate effectively
? Initiative and the ability to work as part of a team
? Patience and sensitivity in dealing with children, with an ability to respond to their needs
? Punctuality and reliability
