Service Desk Supervisor
Full-Time, Permanent, Salary from £18,529 - £20,544 per annum

Middlesbrough College Information Services Team are looking to recruit a Service Desk Supervisor to provide an efficient and effective Service Desk support function to all students and staff. The Information Services Team work to provide a highly responsive reporting and resolution service for all requests, faults and incidents that are reported across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Service Desk Management Systems and hold foundation level knowledge of ITIL Service Management practices and principles.

The Service Desk is a fast-paced customer service focused environment and there is a requirement for the successful candidate to be able to multi-task and prioritise their workload whilst also supervising and monitoring team members work.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organisational skills and the ability to meet service level timescales whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
