LEVEL 4; GRADE D - D+ (SCP 19 - 23) (New scale 9 – 14)
£13,674 to £15,400 ACTUAL SALARY)
30 HOURS TERM TIME ONLY (8.30am – 3.15pm Mon-Fri)
(39 WEEKS, INCLUDING 5 PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DAYS negotiable)
TEMPORARY FOR ONE YEAR IN THE FIRST INSTANCE
Required as soon as possible, we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated teaching assistant, to work with a Year 4 child. The role is a 1:1 position, for a child who is currently under statutory assessment for an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP) and who has significant, complex SEMH (Social, Emotional, Mental Health) needs.
The successful applicant will join and enjoy the support of our KS2 team, who are committed to high expectations and standards for all children in our caring, friendly school.
Applicants must have a good level of English and maths knowledge and experience of working with children, particularly those with additional SEMH needs.
