The governors of West Cornforth Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly effective, conscientious and motivated teacher to join our happy and successful school. The post is temporary in the first instance.
Ideally the suitable candidate will have particular interest in, and teaching experience of, any of the following: art, music or humanities. We are seeking a creative practitioner, who has the ability to increase pupil engagement and raise standards across the school. We are looking for someone who has an enthusiasm for teaching and learning, high expectations of children's achievement and the ability to demonstrate the highest quality classroom practice.

Where our roles are customer facing and you are required to speak to members of the public, the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
