We are seeking to appoint energetic and highly motivated people to the positions of Supervising Social Worker within our busy and successful family placement team. The team is committed to meeting the needs of children via Foster Care and providing quality placements.
The role involves the recruitment, assessment, development and supervision of Foster Carers, which includes delivery of training and provision of skilled, professional support.
You will have the following;
DipSW or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication skills and experience in presenting or delivery of training.
Ideally two years post qualifying experience in children and families work,
including the placement of children in Fostering or Adoptive placements.
Registration with Social Work England
